This Kroger tried to steal my money. Went in and went through self checkout. I had already went thru and forgot some things. The second time I paid for my things but inserted money first. The lady said I had to check out up front of the self checkout. She said I want short so I pulled my debit card up and there was still plenty of money on my card. They looked thru the cameras and saw that I received my receipt but I was missing my first receipt so I couldn't leave until I found it. I had given it to my 4 year old to hold and she dropped it. I told them I'd happily call the police after exchanging quite a few words. I left after my grandmother sent me money to just settle it. They got away with nearly $100 of my hard earned money. I'm tempted to sue.

This location is in dire need of an update. Almost every Kroger in the state is devoid of the funky smell and grotesque bathrooms that plague this venue.

Life is too short to shop at this store! This store is filthy and the employees are rude. Unfortunately, I witnessed many of the customers being mistreated by the employees. The employees push by customers, running them over and are unwilling to answer inquiries. The cashier could not say hello, smile, bag groceries or say thank you. These are basic requirements for the position. The interaction with the cashier leaves a lasting impression, a customer might be willing to return if they provided some real customer service regardless of the store experience. The produce section was filthy, empty and full of gnats. Managers are not observing or not engaged in the business.

I have never been to this Kroger but it was good as all the others. Wide selection and friendly employees make it a pleasure to shop.

Terrible parking area, too small. Self checkout right in front door entry. Awfully crowded with buggies, people checking out people coming in. Kroger needs to build a larger, newer store with a large parking lot,Better designed to serve the self checkout folks...like me.

Store is dirty and ran poorly. Employees are rude, which is not surprising considering that's a direct result of poor management. Should just close down and be done with it to be honest. Store let's me down.. ALL the time!! Always my 3rd option in Palestine.
