The place was accessible and clean and the staff very friendly. However, I’ve never heard of a ten day move out prerequisite nor have I ever not been prorated for any unused days. Will definitely not be using them anymore for any storage needs.

I hardly give reviews but wanted to offer one about Lone Star Storage. Kim, at the front desk is amazing! What an asset to the facility. The units are very secure and extremely clean. Accessibility is perfect. Again, I rarely post reviews and wanted to thank Kim for all the excellent customer service. I appreciate it and her. I recommend using this company should you need to store anything.

I have done business at Lone Star Storage for at least 10 years. Very clean and well maintained. The lady working up front is so kind and always helpful. The units are secure and monitored. If you’re needing a storage facility, I highly recommend Lone Star Storage in Palestine.

We’ve been storing our RV here under the covered parking and have had a great experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. It’s clear management takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. We feel completely comfortable using this facility and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for RV storage.
