I went in there with my husband and soon as we walk in there, you could see everyone with an angry face trying to avoid helping you it was our first time going there, very rude people don’t want to go in there again prefer Lowe’s. Horrible staff

I like the prices and quality of products here but in McCoy's at Palestine I was with my trailer to get my stuff I ordered online and one of the guys outside instead to help me to get my stuff he was rushing me to get my car out of the way to let him work when I was just grabbing my things in the place designated for this.

I've been shopping here for years. Prices are competitive with Lowe's. The selection is definitely not as large, but 99% of the time when you're looking for a particular part or fitting that Lowe's doesn't carry, it's at McCoy's.

Prices are better than Lowe’s if you compare them also they have great costumer service and they are always willing to help.
Bill has a horrible attitude when it comes to helping people. I will never use this place to place a “ special order”. Tyler is better when special ordering everything. I am guessing he tries to make commission on all his orders if that is a thing.
