“Moved my belongings to this storage facility back in January/February 2022. I was staying over 2 hrs from here but had been trying to move to the area. Driving Over the Road makes it hard to get things down at times but Janice helped me tremendously by meeting with me early on a Saturday morning to get me set up. Belongings are still there but hopefully out soon as I have come off the road and in a new home. Thank you for everything!!”
“I hardly give reviews but wanted to offer one about Lone Star Storage. Kim, at the front desk is amazing! What an asset to the facility. The units are very secure and extremely clean. Accessibility is perfect. Again, I rarely post reviews and wanted to thank Kim for all the excellent customer service. I appreciate it and her. I recommend using this company should you need to store anything.”

We had underestimated our moving needs and when they showed up, instead of being frustrated, they problem solved and has up moved professionally in a relatively short amount of time. Their character, personalities, and care for our belongings blew us away! They never complained or grumbled but worked with joy the entire time - despite the large load and hot weather! They were super pleasant to be around and extremely professional. We have also used them to move our business and will continue to use them in the future!”
