Hey, I just have to say, I brought a challenging problem to Chad with my nine bot Segway that had a flat tire that I couldn't repair myself. It's non-removable. It took him three times to get it done and it's working like a champ now! He told me it was a Learning experience for him and didn't charge me anything!You rarely see business owners these days able to care about anything but cash flow. But when you focus on your own knowledge base and your customer's happiness, you got it made. As the saying goes "he profits most who serves best" and certainly all our tire business will be with Owens for this reason!
