Process started out with the truck I wanted currently being off the lot having the bed liner sprayed in, so we went along with running the numbers. Marcelo was my salesman and he was great! He was very helpful and down to earth with any questions I had. They had the truck back on the lot the next day and unfortunately the bed liner guys ran out of material to spray my truck. I ended up getting the truck and they put it in my contract that they owe me a spray in bed liner. All went well with the purchase and I will edit this review if anything changes but I was very happy with my experience at the Elliott dealership and with Marcelo helping me!

Marcello was the only sales person working when my husband and I went to look at a couple trucks. It was busy but he made sure each group got individualized time and really listened to what we needed and got me into the truck I was looking for. Highly recommend for an easy and pleasant process

Well, this is our 4th purchase from these folks and if a deal can be done they will do it! I appreciate the price being on the vehicles and the offers for protection are optional with varying degrees of coverage. There is no dealers service fee or crazy document fee just to drag a little more money out of ya! Thanks for being ;honest and professional.

Took my brother's truck in for tire rotation and possibly alignment alone with fixing a grab handle that popped of they said the replacement of the grab handle but it looks like they didn't replace it just push it back together and is lose and scratched up now. The steering wheel is now not even and it pulls to thebright after the alignment they did which now is horrible was better before they worked on it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting room, though not luxurious, is comfortable and climate controlled. Also, there is a lot full of nice vehicles to peruse while you wait.
