We had our storage unit here for almost a year and had a great experience! One night we were moving stuff in late at night and I called Jennifer and she was quick to help when we got stuck inside the gate. Communication and facilities were wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience with this storage company! The process of getting a unit was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly, professional, and really made sure I understood everything. The facility is always clean, secure, and well lit, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.
I also appreciate how convenient it is—access hours are flexible, and the location is easy to get to. The pricing is fair compared to other places I looked at, and I feel like I’m getting real value for what I’m paying.
I would definitely recommend this storage company to anyone who needs extra space, whether short-term or long-term. They’ve made the whole process stress-free!

This is my second time renting from The Storage Place and both times Ive had a great experience. Jen is very friendly and professional. I never had issues with her nor the storages plus the price was less than other places around Palestine. If I need to rent another storage it will definitely be here.
