I've had storage units all over the state and further. I've never seen such a good group of people ever. At the West Oak location in Palestine I got to work with Jen and Beau and they went way beyond customer service when I got behind due to an illness. I wish I had the words to describe the gratitude I have for these guys. Definitely where you want to keep things safe.

The owner is the nicest of people and extremely patient and thoughtful with respect to your needs for storage and did his best to get my two units as close as possible together at the required location. They have a sample unit inside their location to help you get an idea of size needs which was helpful.
I made a 2nd trip from DFW today with the intention of renting my 2nd unit. I neglected to check what time they closed and to my horror I arrived 15 minutes after they closed! As luck would have it the owner pulls up after doing his rounds and was more than happy to help me with the 2nd unit AFTER HOURS!
I was so grateful for his kindness and great business. I look forward to doing business in the future and highly recommend you do business here. Outstanding experience.
