Good place for certain things but some things you think they would have they don’t carry. Also shelves were a little bare in some departments.

This TSC in Palestine TX is AWESOME, if you don't mind being treated like you're a nuisance. We stopped going into the store because of the service. Anytime we request a keyholder to open the medicine box, we get someone who is huffy and puffy and agitated to help us. Ordering an online pickup was short lived due to the fact that when ordering dog food, the app failed to let us know that they were out of stock and charged shipping as if we "special" ordered it. I'll also add that we canceled the order and they never removed the charge from our account. 10/10 don't recommend! There is WAY more that I could write about but I'm trying to keep it as short as possible.

Tractor Supply in Palestine Texas is not the place to buy a truck toolbox. We were unfortunate and did just that. 450+ dollars later to find out it was a piece of junk. Lid would not close down tight at all, you could stick your finger in up over the edge of the toolbox and the lid. Customer service was less than desirable my husband was told he could fix it himself by cutting the rubber seal to make it thinner and then it should close. If not he could replace it with a smaller seal. It was so nice to find out if you pay $450+ for something in that it may or may not work. It's very sad , customer service and satisfaction are a true thing of times past at least at the Tractor Supply in Palestine Texas. The owners should be so proud!!!!! We are fortunate to have other places to shop not too far away and don't have to support this one ever again!!!! :-). You can only support local when they in return support you.

I've been to this store over a hundred times and it's always the same. Great people working, they usually have what I need to make a quick pen, and sometimes I can catch a really good discount.

I am just frustrated that I can only get half of what I need for cats, dogs, bunny, mini horse. Usually I give 4 and 5 stars. I am fed up!

On May 12th 2023 I went to Tractor Supply in Frankston to purchase dog food. When I tried to leave the store my car would not start. It acted like a dead battery. The store manager, Don, jumped off my vehicle however, after cranking and trying to drive I realized that my alternator was bad. I spoke with Don about purchasing a battery to put on my vehicle just to get me home so that I could reach out to a mechanic on Monday. Don sold me a battery and instructed his employee Keith, to put the battery on my car for me. The battery was the wrong battery for my car and Keith put it on backwards, sending sparks flying everywhere and which has caused massive electrical problems with my car that have persisted even after the alternator was repaired. Now Tractor Supply is blaming my husband saying that he put the battery on backwards. My husband was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme, an aggressive brain cancer, in February and has been undergoing Chemo and Radiation which has left him weak and unable to do these tasks. I have two children, a sick husband, and one income. All I was asking Tractor Supply for is to help me finish fixing my car. I have paid about $1400 to get my car drivable but it still has electrical issues and my AC is not working. All I have asked Tractor Supply for is to do the right thing and help me finish fixing my car. When given the opportunity to make this situation right, Don and his employee lied. Don says he did not tell the employee to install the battery and the employee says he did not do it. Looking into it further it appears that they were going against tractor supply policy by offering to help so I assume they lied to try to keep out of trouble. The lack of integrity of the Tractor Supply employees in question is the reason why Tractor Supply will loose my business and that of my friends and family. I expect better from a company that lists its top value as Ethics "Do the "right thing" and always encourage others to do the right, honest & ethical things." I am not posting to be lectured about how people like me are the reasons no one helps anymore, I have heard that plenty in other groups. Just be ware when dealing with the local tractor supply that you can not count on them to be honest about an issue.

Walked right in and to the customer service desk with a picture on my phone of something I was sent to get....was immediately greeted and helped. Unfortunately, they did not carry the item but directed me to where I needed to go.

Most of the things i want are in stock. People are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the aisles are always full and it is hard to get down them.

Always enjoy the bins up front by the registers, you never know what you are going to find. Always check markdowns on aisle at back of store
