Don’t leave your stuff here unless you want to leave with it covered in mouse poop. They claim they put traps out but I did not see one the entire time we rented a unit. When I complained they said they couldn’t do anything about mice and it was normal for them to move in during winter. I have rented multiple storage units at other facilities and have never had this issue.

Bit pricey, but it was a good storage spot. They have a good gate, and fence. Plenty of storage options.

We rent a space of medium size foe $54 a month. It is gated and one would need the code to enter and exit the facility. The lady that helped us was very nice and courteous.

The unit appeared to be clean and climate control seemed to work. When we moved out after 16 months we noticed mouse dropping on a lot of boxes and storage blankets. As we were unpacking we found 2 dead mice in the unit and two live mice in our brand new house. We reported it to management they said they treated before we moved stuff in and it was a normal occurrence for storage units. Im not so sure that should be a normal occurrence.

Great storage place. I've been there for awhile and haven't had any problems. It definitely doesn't feel like it was thrown together out of old barn tin and left over fencing supplies like some of the other places around town. Management has always been great the few times I've talked to them.

Great customer service rented from here while in florida and now im in tx went to the property to put my stuff in the unit very clean property & vert pleased with the location of my unit!! Finally went into the office here in palestine tx and met the lady that works there very nice and polite !!

UnprofessionalIf you’re not of a certain demographic I suggest you find another place. The lady with Karen hairdo was so nasty and rude upon us entering the building. She also took no time to lie about the units.How is it you have a sign outside that says availability but when a black couple come in you instantly say you have none?
