I just don't understand why my mail is being returned to sender I have been at my new address since December and I'm still having delivery issues through the mailing system! I have been to the post office several times and doesn't solve the problem I'm tired of running back and forth to get this issue addressed!

I just had to brag on Mrs. Shelly!My husband and I needed to renew our daughter's passport and she was so patient, kind and helpful. She didn't make us feel like a burden and went above her duties for us. I truly appreciate you Shelly!

Regular mail carrier, Dustin, is great. Replacement mail carrier, hit or miss. My package was delivered to another address about two miles away on 6-19-2023 at about 5 PM.Whoever made delivery was not paying attention to my address clearly shown on the box. Luckily that person was honest and brought my package to me today.Maybe the mail carrier needs to have a literacy test to ensure they can read before starting to deliver mail?

The packages they deliver to my house- they throw out the window of their vehicle in the dirt even on rainy days- I have a very accessible covered porch-- seen them do this and tried to talk to them about it and they just say I'm not the only one that delivers packages-- tho I just watched YOU throw the package out your window!! Terrible customer service!!

I had a package that was being forwarded due to an error on my part. Called and spoke with Mike who was so helpful. He pulled my package and will deliver it to the original address. So grateful for his help. Now my mother will get her birthday present on time!

They don't delivery packages, I get that. I can pick it up but what so annoying is they keep saying attempt delivery and you can't even pick up your own packages the same day they attempt to delivery it. Common, the lady in this post office don't even try to double check if my packages was there. So lazy! Just told me that the packages that attempt to delivery will be there later tonight. I doubt that because I picked up my packages before and pick up the same day they attempt to delivery it, other lady assist me that time. (As if they really attempt to delivery it) Please, if ya'll can't delivery packages that can't fit to mail box just don't try to delivery it. Just leave it in your office! Simple as that!
