Hardly ever answer their phone and the drive thru is a joke..you have to sit there forever just for them to be rude! Not to mention customer service in the store..Slow and rude..never smile or greet their customers! I got enough of it and switched to Walgreens..btw...Very professional and very nice there ! And when I told them I was leaving..they didn't ask why or anything and I had been there around 10 or so years !

Customer service is horrible. Call to get a prescription refilled and not a Hello how are you just a "What do you want kind of attitude. If you don't like you job or don't like communicating with people get a different job that make you happy. Don't act like you don't care or that you don't have time for your customers. Remember you wouldn't have a paycheck at the end of the day if we didn't do business with you. JS

I just called 3 minutes before close for a very urgent situation. And it was ringing for 6 minutes before someone picked up and hung up on me. It would've taken 60 seconds to get the help I needed and resolve the issue.

I switched to Walmart pharmacy and my prescriptions are always ready quickly and the pickup line never takes long.

The younger male pharmacist that worked on 6-6-23 @6pm was a complete $%^&. I had taken all of my lisinopril, and ran out. I called the ER doctor for a refill the day before. So the doctor said he would call in a refill, it turned out that he wasn't allowed too. So the pharmacist suggested that I call the doctor that I have my appointment with on 6-9-23. Turns out he had left for the day.the nurse that I spoke with informed me that the pharmacist could give me three lisinopril meds to tie me over until appointment. She said it would be at his discretion. So I asked, and he said no. He suggested that if my blood pressure went up that I go to the emergency. Now seeing that this is all new to me I had never taken any medication before, so I didn't know what to do. I called the doctor's office again, and let the nurse know he said no.she was astonished that he would refuse to give me 3 pills. She said for me to check my blood pressure throughout these next few day's and if my symptoms persist to go to the emergency. I decided to go to Walgreens to purchase a blood pressure cuff seeing I didn't want to give walmart pharmacy my business. I am a strong believer that what goes around, comes around. I hope that if he is ever in my position that the pharmacist he goes to for help will treat him better than how he treated me.

I am not from Palestine, and some of the people here can be a bit abrasive. I repeat only some, but the Walmart Pharmacy staff is always nice and professional. They make sure understand and know what you were prescribed and I love that. I am a nurse and education in a big part of my discipline. So that is awesome!

I get it with covid y have the Plexi glass and and blue a huge deal so people have to shout their info just to pick up meds. But can't you at least put a speaker or something? I don't really like shouting my info. Also the rudest people check you out

Every time I've come here since transferring my scripts from CVS it has been the best experience. People are knowledgeable and proactive with coupons, pre auth's etc. I've never been more impressed with either the new pharmacy manager, pharmacist or whomever hired this staff did an excellent job. Its nice to know a large company like Walmart is finally investing in competent and good people! Top notch! I've also left google reviews too!
