Let me preface by saying this place used to be soooo good. When they first opened and a few years after, they were great. I would rave about them to others and was proud to call this place my nail salon.
One day, I went back like normal and I noticed mgmt changed the staff. Completely different people. Nevertheless, I decided to stay and get a pedicure anyways. Leaving the salon that day, I told myself I wouldn’t go back. The service was nowhere near the way it was and my pedicure was lacking. Ultimately, I switched nail salons.
Today, the nail salon I now go to was unfortunately closed so I decided to give this place one more shot.. I believe in second chances anyways. Well, it was my mistake again. Not one person from the original staff was working, not one from the last time I went either. I noticed the door had a sign posted recruiting new nail techs. This makes me wonder if they may be a revolving door when it comes to employees.
Anyways, I walk in and notice only one customer. That’s when I should’ve known better and walked out. I stayed and I chose a beautiful dark green color, that even the nail tech acknowledged it was a pretty one. So I’m expecting my nails to look like the plastic nails display they hand to everyone when choosing a color. Boy I was wrong.
Idk if it’s the quality of the gel or what but my nails have dark spots and light spots in others. Not at ALL what I wanted. They look very cheaply done and unprofessional. When the nail tech had me place my hands in the UV lamps, they emitted this musty bacterial odor every single time they came on. I literally had to keep pulling my hands out because it smelled like they had never been cleaned inside and gave me asco.
I’m sorry but this place has got to do better. At the very least, please clean and make this place sanitary. They’ve really gone downhill over the years, I will not be a repeating customer.

I absolutely hate my nails, no one answered the phone for 3 hours just to tell me they don’t do refunds and will only try to fix them again. How are you going to fix them if you don’t even have the product to make them look how I wanted and I have to go with the same person that messed them up???? So frustrating don’t waste your time. Also the 38 acrylic sign is a lie it’s only 38 with regular polish real price is 55. The ones I wanted vs what I got!

julissa has done my almond acrylics before and also my french tip pedicure, she is friendly, welcoming, gentle and always asks that you’re receiving what you asked for, professional etiquette and awesome skills, will come back and always ask for her.

Horrible service!! Been here twice first time I asked for orange and white tip left with candy corn toes. Second time I took my mom in the picture it shows how they cut her multiple times and even her toes ! Guys kept talking about how hungry he was ! Management was horrible! He looked like he owned the place and had no control over his staff they were rude and obnoxious!! After my mom saw the manager in distress ! She asked for another person after he got the wrong color and cut her horribly all the staff denied us service we left un - attended! Got charged ! $80 for chrome organic pedicures and my mom still got charged for her service even after cutting her horribly ! BEWARE!!!!!

First time visiting this salon. My natural nails break easily, so I decided to get them dipped. Julissa, the nail technician, recommended I get an overlay instead to strengthen my nails and let them grow. I was very happy with the result.

Clean & friendly environment. Love my service with Julissa. I always go as a walk in & get called quick. She always offers something to drink & she is fun to talk to while getting my service done.

Do not go as a walk in! They do not value your time. I arrived at 11:30 as a walk in and was told to take a seat and there was 1 walk-in before me. I didn’t mind waiting since its a Saturday and waiting was expected but I didnt expect to wait over 2 1/2 hours and still not get attended. At around 12:30 the walk-in before me was called so I was next. At 1:30 she was finished and I was called to the chair. I was seated in the chair a few moments while the tech was checking out the girl. When the tech came back she told me to go back to waiting because she was going to do an appointment instead. I waited another 30 minutes but was still not attended. During the 2 1/2 hours others that were walk-ins were told to come back in a couple hours. I would’ve appreciated if I would’ve been told the same. This was a waste of time and I was never given the option to come back or given updates as to how much longer it would be. So disappointed in this salon as a first time customer
