I was accused of something I didn’t do by just sitting outside, and the lady was being very rude to me, I asked them to check the cameras that I didn’t do anything but sit there, and she proceeded to claim she did check the cameras when I hadn’t even moved from that position , and if I were to do something that was wrong I wouldn’t have just stayed there sitting down waiting for myself to get in trouble, especially when I did nothing wrong.

Would like a call from management rude personality very bad lady's rushing me wile I was inside store and shoes I bought didn't even have the correct box the top cover was int the correct one refuse to get it exchange and none of the lady's were able to help me with my issue.

My visit to this store was marred by horrible customer service. Despite following the 30-day return policy and keeping tags intact, Ellie and Brenda refused my return. After several calls, other stores confirmed my eligibility, but not without implied threats.As longtime customers of Melrose, my family and I were shocked by this unprofessional treatment. It's disappointing to see such disregard for company policies. Ellie and Brenda's behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and customer care toward my family and friends.
