Honestly 5 stars cause they care about safety. I had went for an oil change after just getting my car running again (due to a small mechanic shop messing up my motor since they had put a thicker oil/damage to the engine head, pistons, bearings/$2-3k in damage). The guy gave me a water and checked my engine. He came back to my window and politely denied service. My mechanic had forgot to tape and organize some wires near my oil filter and they didn’t want to pop a wire so I did have to respect that. Will be returning when my wires are organized and my motor looks prettier lol. Perhaps for my AC too since I need it. That deny was very respectable because most shops would just work on it and if they popped a wire, they wouldn’t take accountability- even if they didn’t warn you on the chance. While it may have been a small inconvenience for me to have to wait a couple more days for an oil change, at least I wouldn’t have to wait years to get my car running again like the last time I got an oil change. Again, they do have my respect for that and I would highly recommend on just that interaction!

Well I was undecided what oil I wanted and called my husband he asked me to go to Walmart instead because the price was to high not knowing they were already draining the oil from my car so I was given a discount overall the experience was okay this was in The Valley mission tx I’m from San Antonio tx and there I receive discounts all the time my mother would get discounts as well so in mission there are no discounts

Horrible!!!! They drained my son's car's transmission fluid and double filled the oil. This caused the transmission to mess up and now needs an over 11k new transmission!!!!!
