I went to the store today at around 9:45 and it was still closed even though the sign said the store opens at 9:00 a.m. but I guess the hours have changed I don't know.

Well I went in to ask one question about my new phone and the employee , who was not busy, by the way, said, I can answer your question/help you , for $40.00. Any question or help is now $ 40.00. I went to another phone company nearby and was taken care of for no charge. Now with Verizon you have to call the 1 800 number if you do not want to pay a fee.

My first impression when I walked in was correct. Eric, from the Verizon Mission store, looked fishy. I wanted to switch my phone lines to Verizon and got 2 new phones for my kids with temporary phone numbers until I could transfer my original phone numbers. I saw him write all my personal information on a sticky note like my account number, pin, and ssn. He gave me his personal cell number. I thought and hoped it was just to keep the customer. Well, when I called him back to switch my phone numbers, he wanted to log in my account without my presence and he was at home with a photo of my personal information he wrote down at work. He sent me a text message with a secure pin so I could give it to him for access to my account. It literally said not to share it. Because I didn't approve it, he resent it at least 10 times. It really made me uncomfortable. I decided to do it myself instead of any store. If he could do it from home himself, I'd rather just call the Verizon customer service number. He's really smart. It's why he got my ssn and other info I gave him written down in case he couldn't outsmart me. It was my very first impression of Verizon. I don't know how many times or how long he's been doing it but he needs to be stopped. Because of people like him is why there's been so many data breaches.

This Verizon on Conway has an Agent named Eric Brandenson. He had excellent customer service skills and was very professional. He guided me through the whole process with patience and politeness. The nicest guy I ever met!

Like usual they can't do much of anything at this store. To get anything done you have to go to a corporate store only 1 in our area and you wait forever to get seen because if being so busy

Save yourself time I hate Verizon ever since I switched T-Mobile to Verizon nothing but problems I’m honestly so dam frustrated !!! Always problems either with sos or my message doesn’t send to android users !

I went in for a simple switch of a wifi box, because the old box was having some problems. The representative tells me he can’t switch it but he can give me another one. I asked him if it would be a new plan and he said no. Then i come to find it was a new plan and a new box, he sold me another internet as if it were for a second home.. He then tells me to call customer service to cancel the old wifi box. That is not what i wanted i just wanted a simple switch and he sold me a whole new internet plan so now i need to pay double wifi if i don’t cancel. Very frustrating situation because customer service takes FOREVER. And he proceeded to sell me another wifi even after i asked him if it would be a new plan..

I upgraded my plan online, was told to pick up my phone at this location. When I came in, the worker wanted me to cancel my online purchase and repurchase at store. Verizon contacted them to provide the phone to me and the salesman would not give in. I had to leave the store and find a new place in mcallen to pick up my phone. I'll never do business with the Palmhurst store.

Really great service! Been running around searching for answers about a phone problem once I talked to Deric Garza he was able to help, he gave me straight answers and helped us resolve our issue! If you need any help Deric is your guy just come to there Palmhurt location I 10/10 recommend!
