Waiting for call back from owner about a return, I was charged using zelle and after changing my mind about the model and style of the frame I was told that the receiving phone number was broken and I could not get a refund, now they are backtracking trying to charge me 25% or 45 dollars in restocking fees for an item I did not even want. First I couldn’t get a refund because of the “broken phone” before I even left the store and now I have to pay them almost 50 dollars so they can take it back
