“100% recommend. Excellent and quick service. Very knowledgeable and Honest. Fair pricing. I took my 2003 Pontiac Bonneville IN because my Transmission was Jerking and had Gear slippage, etc. Mr. Victor did a Test Drive with the car and hooked up his Diagnostic PC and it turned out that the Torque Converter was bad. Mr. Victor replaced the Torque Converter within four Days and replaced also the Transmission and Engine Mounts. Now my car and the Transmission runs perfectly again like Brand new. Thank you very much. Great Job and Thank you also very much for giving my a ride home.”

I tend to be the type of person that worries and is very anxious, they showed solid customer service.No comments, no snarky remarks, (like other shops I’ve dealt with before) and they got me the help I needed. They understood my tight budget and circumstances (unlike shops who take advantage of people who aren’t car people).They replaced both tires with rims (not an exactly pretty match, but hey I’m on a budget and was pressed on time) before lunchtime, I was able to continue job hunting, and got home safely.
