Very horrible job they did even after I called to notify that I was going to pick it up it still got returned… I wonder what’s the point in calling if mistakes still happen

So, I just swung by this pharmacy for a pickup, and wow, I gotta spill some major props here. The crew was all kinds of awesome – like, genuinely smiley and super welcoming the second I walked in. It felt more like bumping into friends than the usual in-and-out errand run.
Even though the place was buzzing, they had my stuff ready in no time. I was kinda expecting to scroll through my phone for a while, but nope, they had me sorted faster than I could double-tap on Instagram. Seriously, these folks have their act together, and it shows. They respect your time, which is everything.
And here’s the kicker they didn’t just hand over my meds and rush me out the door. They were totally up for chatting about what I was picking up, making sure I knew the drill on how to take it and all that important stuff. It was super chill and informative, all at once. Long story short, this pharmacy is legit. Stellar team, speedy service, and they actually make you feel like they care. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing a hassle-free pharmacy run. Shoutout to the squad there for making what's usually a dull chore into something pretty darn pleasant!

Had a really good experience at the pharmacy here. Visited on 03/25/2024 and got assistance from a young man named Joey. I was waiting in line for one of my grandmothers refills and was honestly having a really bad day but once I went up for my order he was very polite. He made me laugh and honestly forget about the bad day I was having prior to that engagement JUST by doing his job and giving me some small talk. We need more amazing workers like Joey around. Hope this review gets seen by his management team and hope whoever reads this has a wonderful day.

I recently had an experience at your pharmacy's drive-thru that I would like to bring to your attention. I believe it is important to provide feedback when we encounter areas where improvement may be needed.
On 10/21/2023, I visited your pharmacy and utilized the drive-thru to pick up my medication. Regrettably, the wait time was exceptionally long, and it took an hour from the moment I entered the line until I received my medication at the window.
When I expressed my concern to Joey, the staff member attending the drive-thru, he explained that there were various reasons for the delays, such as some customers struggling with the electronic pad, others picking up medications for multiple people, and my own situation, which required additional time due to insurance verification. While I understand that these factors can contribute to delays, I believe it is essential to ensure that the drive-thru and in-store service should ideally move at the same pace.
The comment that our vehicles are "convenient" struck me as somewhat dismissive of the drive-thru customers' experience. I would like to emphasize that the drive-thru is intended to provide a quick and efficient service option for customers, and as a patient, I did not expect to experience such a significant delay.
I believe that all customers, whether inside or at the drive-thru, should receive a similar level of service and attention. My intention in sharing this feedback is to highlight my concerns and encourage an assessment of the drive-thru service to ensure a more equitable and efficient experience for all customers.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that it can lead to improvements in the drive-thru service at your pharmacy.

I was told Meds will b ready at 7. I come in by 6:30 more or less, line is huge.. i think it was 6:45 and says “its says here we told u it will b ready at 7“ so here i am in line again cause the line is gonna take 15 mins 🥹😩 yal its so hot whahhh

It’s 3 pm and they want to fill an antibiotic prescription the following day. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes to explain that my daughter’s infection won’t wait until they fill the prescription.

Too much waiting, very slow service, it is almost always a single line. It took me up to 3 days to pick up the medication.

Never answer the phone was told my medicine would be ready early on Saturday called and was told it was going to be ready on Monday morning ive been calling and finally someone picks up and told me the meds were going to be ready till tomorrow it's not okay.
Also the line at the drive thru is crazy! That's for quick pick up please make a rule if the medicine of a certain person is Not ready then tell them the specific pick up time and send them home it's not fair to be waiting hours in line cause of them.

If I could give it NO Stars, I would! Too many horrible experiences at this location. There’s always only 1 drive thru open while the other seems to have a permanent cone to block anyone from getting helped. There’s always a long line and waiting period. Majority of the staff, including the “supervisor/person in charge” are extremely rude. They take days to call and forever to answer phones and usually give false information anyways. And to top it off, they make it seem as if we bother them and usually hang up before I’m done talking. They’ve put my medication back on stock after only 3 days and that has happened too many times already. They’ve given me someone else’s medication twice and one of those times I was in a hurry and didn’t realize it until I was home late that evening. I’m pretty sure that if I didn’t go back the next day to return it, they wouldn’t have even known they gave me someone else’s FIVE pill bottles and one was a controlled substance. I’ll be changing my family’s and elderly parents monthly medication refills back to Walgreens where they are amazing! The only reason I had gone to HEB was bcus I wanted to support a “Texas business” but that was a HUGE mistake and headache every single month for the past 2 years. All staff from Palmview Pharmacy needs to get retrained for proper handling and empathy or replaced with actual caring individuals who like what they do and aren’t rude and just there to collect a check. Very disappointed this keeps getting worse!
