Terrible service, just to drop of a a FedEx envelope, with a pre paid shipping, they charge $3. Asked them why if I had already paid and her response was "we just charge".

In general, it has a good service, but it fails a lot on Saturdays since they open late, close early and even don't open and that creates problems when packages arrive or we go to pick them up more than anything at Christmas time.

I had the worst experience! Then the manager yelled at me saying thàt I was wrong after I specifically said I needed a box!! All my items are ruined I will never go back and I will make sure that all my friends and family that would go there will Never step foot in there again!

Love the fast service they give, I usually go for just copies, A bit expensive per copy I feel that their price usually goes up every time I go. Last time it was about 9$ for a couple of documents. They have an email to send the items tu want to print which I send right before I leave my house and when I get there they’ve already received it. Makes it a lot faster. I end up always coming back due to how close it is and how friendly the employees are.

My mother was charged $91.00 to ship a phone overnight (within Texas). The phone weighing around half a pound but was charged at 7lbs.I have a hard time believing this was a mere oversight.
