“Outstanding customer service from all the individuals at this particular Verizon store on Conway and 3 mile area.I recently had a very poor experience at a different Verizon location where my wife has still not gotten the $730 trade in from her phone from 10 weeks back.The store supervisor Deric Garza not only assisted me with my trade in where I also got credit for an iPad with self internet- but he also is assisting me with trying to get my 10 week issue resolved from that different Verizon store that is a different 3rd party business. He’s truly going out of his way and messages me progress as to how to proceed to best get the $730 credit from the other 3rd party Verizon store.That’s customer service!Thanks!”
