Kassandra made sure I came in from the rain with a heart of service. Aracely was warm in actually caring about me as a customer. Franky was handling business. I've been to several stores and this one out does them all, especially when pawn shops have a bad name and attitude. This one sets a high bar for the rest. “Giving 5 stars because of the salesman Felipe, we walked in "just looking " and my wife walked out with a big diamond and baguette band for herself and I walked out with a brand new. 22 AR I added a sight and pistol grip too! We asked an older "Anglo " gentleman for help and was quickly told they didn't have what we were looking for. Felipe took the time to actually answer our questions even ended up taking ammo. So when your there ask for Felipe, he is patient and knowledgeable in everything in there.”
