I like the customer service, they are very attentive, they are not treating you like just another customer, it was my first option to have insurance and I am happy to see them successful with this attention they give me. It's fast and they are even very patient with you. I barely dared to make a payment over the phone and it was very fast, but I prefer personal interaction more. I am grateful to Pronto and his advisors.
