Paid for a bed a couple grand that fell apart by the end of the payments. They showcase things on their floor that isn't available anymore. Then when ask about the item they say they can order it for double the price or you can settle with something you don't want for the price advertised. I'm never doing business with this company again.

Let me tell you folks something. That red haired angel of a man named daryl is quite spectacular. Humble, kind, and helpful. He's done great things as the store manager of the past several years. He even delivered merchandise to my house before! I swear if he wasn't married ???

Well I went in to buy a gas stove. The store manager was very friendly at first I told her we were customers in the past and loved the aarons team.. everything was great. But if you move out of town in the contract it says you must return any unpaid furniture. So 2 years ago that's what we did.. well when I went and signed all the paperwork she became very rude unprofessional acting like a was trash saying well you returned your furniture before so we can't honor any promotions. when I walked in she said she would give a promotion to me for being a returning customer.. then she Said if one reference did not answer I would not receive my stove so I better make sure everyone answers. That how she spoke to me as if I was a child... Long story short I cancelled everything and got my money back.. all because 2years ago I moved out of town and did what the contract said was to return all merchandise. ? Get better financial management that's not beyond rude.

Scheduled delivery was canceled and we didn't get the order and have to go back to talk to the people who canceled our order without notifying us

I recently made a couple of purchases with Monica's help. She was very pleasant and professional and helped me work out the details of my purchases.The gentleman who delivered my purchases Justin and Chris were professional and courteous as well and took care not to bang up the furniture as other places do.I had come into a little bit of hardship during the covid and Monica helped me through it. I have to say she is awesome I will continue to do business with these wonderful people!!!

Thank you to the lovely lady for your help . Monica is her name and she helped me decide what would look best in my dining area. The delivery boys were also very professional and took great care not to bang up the merchandise. I will be recommending Aaron's to my employees, friends and family and to make sure to ask for Monica as she has a great sense of style!!

I’ve done a lot of business with Aaron’s in different cities I’ve lived, but this one is my favorite mostly in part because of how friendly the account manager Is, I believe her name is Monica. She’s been very helpful with everything like helping me out with options, taking my payments over the phone with no problems and handling my accounts with professionalism. The employees at this store are nice and professional, my hats off to them. Thank you Monica and thank you Aaron’s.
