Terrible service. Arrived at 10:30 and the door is locked with a sign saying, “out for lunch” and another sign saying, “system down”. Waited until after 12 before anyone showed up. The blonde woman there did not want to help and only grudgingly helped set up my phone after I insisted. She said that they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have internet, yet she left the store for hours and did not get anyone to come by to fix the problem and she did not have any information about when the internet would be fixed. She was incompetent and unhelpful. We should have just taken the time to drive to Amarillo.

Rebecca was awesome! She took care of my husband and I in a timely manner. She definitely knows her business. So nice and knowledgeable! We will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

We were assisted by Rebecka (spelling?) and had to wait a little because there were so many customers ahead of us. It was worth the wait because this woman was helpful, friendly, and most knowledgeable. Her customer service attitude was the best.
