Best Western Northgate Inn is an older hotel with friendly and accommodating staff, including a very polite and professional front desk. It offers convenient truck parking and is located near fuel, restaurants, and shopping. Some guests found it a good place to rest with comfortable, clean rooms and nice showers, while others reported issues with cleanliness, including dusty furniture and unclean bedding. The property has smoking rooms, which can have strong odors. Some rooms experienced problems with drafty doors, noisy heating, and non-working appliances. The provided breakfast was disappointing to some. Although not disabled-friendly and considered highly priced by some, it serves its purpose for a night's stay.
