The women at at First Conveience bank are incredibly outgoing and friendly! All the women that I met who work here who work are so nice. Jessica, Stephanie, Tea, Madeline, Courtney, and Heather are all really sweet, helpful women. I appreciate all of Heather's help with everything that I've needed assistance with. I've never had a bank teller be more friendly and helpful to me in my life! Her helping me was one of the best experiences of my whole life. She's really friendly to my mother too. I'm pleased with my experiences here.

Most unreliable bank ever, money goes missing, they are unreliable when it comes to getting a new card I’ve gone through 3 temporary because my card never shows up. They never answer the phone for customer service and they are just a horrible bank in every way

They were too busy charging their phones and acted as I was an inconvenience. I will make sure everyone knows to go elsewhere for their financial services.

Legit the worse bank I've ever used. Its called "First Convenience Bank" but there's nothing convenient about it. I cashed a check through the app and was told that I would have my money within 2 hours. Then I get an email saying that my check got put on a 7 day hold. When I called to ask why they didn't have an answer for me. I got ahold of the branch manager and she said they put it on a hold because it might be fraudulent. ITS A PAYROLL CHECK. The bank that the company I work for has already released the check to this bank, but here we are. I have bills to pay and I can't because they think that a payroll check is going to be fraudulent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not use this bank.

Convenience was once a word that I associated with ease, quick success, and gratification. Since I began using First Convenience Bank, I've come to hate that word convenience which they plaster upon their signs and slogans like a hollow mask hiding the truth.If the DMV experience could be incorporated into a bank, it would have been done here.Theres is no other place on Earth capable of inspiring such frustration. If Satan below came to Earth with the intent of inflicting tortures unimaginable upon the inhabitants of our planet, he would need look no further than to First Convenience bank.Had the apocalypse come and the righteous fled life, a single pale image could convey the immeasurable despair those few who remained would feel. That image would be the bulb lit sign that reads the title, "First Convenience Bank."

This used to be A great bank, but the staff they have there now is rude and terrible. I went in the other day to have a problem fixed on my account. The back manager was showing other employees her phone and in a snooty way asked "What do you need?"

Liars, I've had a check on hold for about 15 days when it was supposed to be 9. Very vague about anything when you talk to them. Check was supposed to be available today from what the “manager†told me 2 days ago. Now it will not be available until Monday. I was told They should be able to release funds by Christmas and that didn't happen. Can't reach the branch without calling their customer service department, answering many questions then waiting on hold for forever. No drive up atms, nothing but fees if you don't pay attention. Not very convenient if you ask me. I'd give less starts if it was an option. As soon as my money is available I'm closing my account.

my sister deposit 983.00 when she tried to use her card it said she only had 700.00 the bank teller said it was a the 283.00 was put in someone else account, 5hrs finally got fixed.
