There are a few nice people here; however, Postmaster Diana Garza and letter carriers Chris Ziegler and Hayden (pictured) are the worst at being professional! Diana speaks to me in a “condescending” tone and repeatedly talks “over” me. Because I contacted the District Manager regarding Diana’s behavior, I have been told that my mail delivery will cease because of a stipulation “vacant for 90 consecutive days.” So mail that Hayden delivered to my 2nd residence yesterday, he returned today to retrieve that mail and STILL refuses to close the top of my mailbox! Who cares if my mail is picked up regularly by someone I trust??? Talk about pathetic individuals - “misery LOVES company!” I think Hector, who is very nice and professional, should be promoted to Postmaster ASAP!

USPS seems to lack a desire to deliver its clients parcels.

I had Terrible service with this elderly woman and a younger woman at the window they were insulting and rude. How did they pass their ethics training and job interview with that behavior. If I can give a lower score I would. Try avoiding Pampa, tx post office, you will be treated poorly!

Would leave -100 stars. Didn't deliver packages because of "animal interference" witch with all the dogs in the neiborhood is sad and pathetic. Now it's in a pickup lock box for me to now get a a driver to take me because I have epilepsy and can't drive. How lazy and pathetic can you be at your job!

I wish I could leave zero stars. I have lived all over the state of TX and have NEVER dealt with such rudeness as I have from the post master and the carriers at this post office. Pathetic. Pampa USPS is trash.

Friendly employees who deliver outstanding customer service. They are always so helpful! Plus I think we have the most beautiful post office building in the country.

Would leave negative stars if I could. They’re rude everytime you go in for no reason. Talk to you like you’re stupid. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Someone failed to deliver my package but marked it as delivered “accidentally” so now they “can’t” have it re delivered. Also the person who was supposed to be delivering took a package that needed to be signed for to the mail boxes at the apartment complex I live in instead of the office where someone could actually sign for it. And no one told me before hand it was one that would need to be signed for.

Expect a solid 15-20 minute wait while Robert figures out how to do his job. This place is a joke. They're finally getting young people in there, the old lady and Robert are about to have a heart attack lifting your package.

Sadly this is the only place to use USPS, make sure you have 45 minutes to spare. If you're smart print your shipping labels online.

With all this wind blowing 50 to 60 mph, you would think the mail carrier would use their brain and make sure the mail box latches before driving off. You do the job the right way the first time. The second time their will be consequences on your job performance. You all make plenty of money. Let's get it right.

The fact that they close at 4:30 is BS, PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK UNTIL THEN!
