The service is good and the people are friendly. The prices are ridiculous, and the bills just continue to go up over time. Sometimes impossible to log in to pay, end up having to call customer service to pay, then get charged a fee for pay by phone with a person. I was paying $120 a month for ONE line... We switched to a prepaid and we are paying now $40 a month unlimited. So far service is great If not better honestly. With the economy how it is, we had to go with a less expensive option. The employees are super friendly tho :)

The people here are 5 star people. They are very nice, and knowledgeable (Even when you are using a flip phone). I have gone here on several occasions when I needed help. When I wanted more hotspot data, they were even honest enough to say that they couldn't guarantee that the hotspot plan would work.

Alicia was very knowledgeable and helpful. The phone we needed replaced belonged to my brother and he had dropped it several times the last couple of days and the screen was where you could only see a little over half of it. Plus he had talk back active and she had to get it turned off. She was able to do that, get pretty much everything else and he has a phone again! Thank You!

The people at the store were great. The experience with the people on the phone was terrible. Linda got hung up on 3 times. But she finally got through and got us squared away. Big thanks to the folks at the store. Customer support was awful on the phone.

Every time I go in I am greated at the door and everyone is very willing to help. Big shout out to the Pampa store for all you do for me and my family keeping us in phones. Andrew was great. I was really dreading having to make all of the changes, but he made it quick and painless.

From the first day I walked into Verizon, they have been gracious with me. They are super knowledgeable and help coordinate what I want with what I need. Been there almost two years and I can't complain. Service is great and when I have questions, they always have answers.

The staff at that location was very helpful, knowledgeable And did their best to help me upgrade my phone. They even went so far as to show me an app that I can manage my network from 5G to 4G. Overall experience 5 plus Stars.
