Never had a bad experience with Walmart pharmacy but today I’m not sure if y’all got new staff or what but never have I ever been so infuriated. I called Walmart around 11 so that they can fax over my prescription to CVS so that I can get what I needed. I called cvs and they said to call in two hour'. I wait the two hours and call Walmart to see if they faxed it over only for them to not have and here I am waiting AGAIN. The phone tag because of the Walmart pharmacy was not great at all. I’m assuming they forgot about my whole prescription cause the last time I called to check if it’s been sent over the lady got back on the line and said she’s doing it right now and then apologized. The employee from CVS, was the only one who asked for my name and number so that she can call me back when she hears if it’s been faxed. Relieved for an actual great employee. Such a simple thing as asking for a number and name that changed my whole mood!

They change the hours that they are open constantly. People that work and dont get off until around 8pm, are not able to get thier precriptions due the pharmacy closing by 7..even though online it shows they are open till 9pm.

Ive been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. But lately the employees have been extremely rude! I called today to get pricing for news medicines that were sent in for my husband. I always take care of his meds, pick them up and pay for them. Yet the lady who i was speaking to informed me she would not tell me anything and could only talk to him. I told her he was right beside me and could talk to her. Instead of talking to him she hangs up in us! I dont know who it was but she needs to be fired! You dont hang up on customers!! Yall really need to get some better employees that understand how to be friendly to customers in person and on the phone! I will be changing pharmacies for all 6 of my family members. This pharmacy has gotten horrible!
