Amber was amazing extremely helpful in getting the storage unit set up that I needed last minute to take care of things… As well as making sure I got the U-Haul that I needed as well. In the size. Amber at store here was super helpful. I was looking for a climate control indoor unit and she took the time to explain the difference and pointed me in the direction of facilities in the area that I could call. This is Customer service at its best. She considered me as a person, not just trying to solicit my money. I world rent a unit here just to engage her service but unfortunately they did not have what we needed. Thank you Amber for going above and beyond the call of duty.

I have been with this location almost 4 years. As years pass new employees come and go. Staff varies, but Amber has been the best. She is so helpful, and honors her word. Very knowledgeable on custom needs in space.Company; There prices have increased dramatically almost double since I have rented, but I haven't had any issues of theft, or odd people around the propert. Very nice overall. No dishonest dealings. And I've truly believe that has alot yo dov with who is managing the facility. I'm glad Amber oversees this location.
