I went into Durable Transmission thinking I needed a new transmission. After inspection and computer analysis, it was determined that my transmission fluid was very low and very dirty. The problem was corrected and it's shifting properly again. I could have been easily taken advantage of so I really appreciate the owner's honesty and integrity. Professional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this business. Thank you!

From beginning to end communication was great. I called over 20 places and this the only place who only felt comfortable to give me a quote after seeing my car. My car was completed in the amount of time he said. His wife who works front office was very polite and informative as well. He gave me a referral for other problems he spotted with my car.(Muffler) Definitely recommend if you want quality work, reasonable prices and professionalism.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with fixing my transmission. Sergio is upfront, honest, and does quality work at a reasonable price. Sergio at Drw transmission really helped us. We had been to Don Davis about abs & skid control lights on dash. After having it 2 days thay said it was the transmission. We said we needed another opinion. Dropped it off there & he called later & he said it was front wheel bearing. He replaced that ,serviced transmission & replaced front brakes. It was much much less than what dealer said. They really save us a lot of money. Thanks Sergio!@

Sergio and his team took care of my issues from the second I contacted them. He talked me through the whole issue as I was experiencing it. ( transmission took a dump )Within an hour a tow truck arrived to take my vehicle along with myself to the shop. There I was educated on the issue and process to have his team service. They also made the financial aspect very simple !I was back and rolling within a day and a half! I will also be reaching out to his Son for other issues I have and want to have worked on.Great people!!!!

I have searched all over the metroplex looking for a reliable transmission rebuilder and could not find one until I came across durable transmissions. I was driving home around 8pm ish after picking up my RV that another transmission shop could not fix, saw the sign still on. Sergio and his wonderful partner(his wife/boss ?) were still working. It turned out that the transmission was not the problem but Sergio did not stop there, he helped me to understand how things work and helped me to tweak the issue myself. I would recommend that if you have transmission problem, visit his shop and hopefully you will be as happy as I was. Wishing you guys the best Claudia and Sergio.
