I just wanna take Time to thank Tiffany for always cutting my hair even though she knows I’m difficult and sometimes very picky. She’s been cutting my hair for a lot of years. I don’t even know how many now I’ve gone to the salon quite a bit now my family goes there my sister, my nephew, my second nephew, my cousin she’s built up a really big fan base. Unfortunately they’ve had a lot of turnover there. A lot of management change, but Tiffany has stuck it out. I’m sad that she’s had to go down to three days and not be there every day. I know there’s issues with the management there, but Tiffany deserves a lot of praise for rolling with the punches and continuously to have such a following of clientele. Thank you, Tiffany.

Gave 1star because I couldn’t leave zero. I took my son to get his haircut. They lady I spoke with told me she didn’t know how to cut his hair (my son is mixed race, black&white) I said ok, how long is that wait for one of the other two ladies to be done? Before she could answer, the Asian lady spoke up very loudly. You take him to a barbershop! We don’t cut his type of hair here! I said excuse me? What do you mean?! She repeated herself but louder. We won’t cut his hair here, you go to a barbershop. I asked straight up. You won’t cut my son’s hair because he black?!?! She then just said you go to a barbershop. I cursed them out and called them racist as I stormed out. Do not give these people your money!!!! Will never go back!!! And I want corporate to address this situation now!!! All three women working at this location on August 4th at 3:20 should not be employed any longer!!!
We then went to another salon down the street. And let me tell you not a single person spoke English but with just a picture my son got his hair cut, no thanks to great clips. (The picture posted is all we asked for, simple right)

I went in for a woman’s trim and it was really good did the layering real nice but the manager of this location was on shift at the time and had such a terrible attitude treated her stylist like pets and just ordered everyone around this girl is on a real power trip!! run ur business better

I don't know the name of the guy. I asked him to cut my hair into layers. He cut my hair ends very slightly. Then he stood by my side. I asked, Are you done? He said yes. Then I told him to cut layers. He just cut some random hairs from the front as layers. He didn't even make sure that both sides hairs were even. Really disappointed. I again asked him to please cut more. He told me you need a 4-inch cut because your hair is damaged. It seems like he is not willing to cut my hair. I was really fed up, and I did not argue with him. I paid the bill and left the place. If the customer has to direct every step, that makes no sense. I was clearly told to cut layers at the very beginning. I wasted my money. After going to the salon and paying for the bill, it seems like there has been no change in my hair style.

Haven’t had my hair cut in probably 8 years, the lady who did my hair (i forgot to get her name she had red hair) was absolutely amazing, and did exactly what i wanted, will definitely be going back for my next trim!

My daughter went to the Great Clips on Park Row they were supposed to wash and cut her hair .They charged her 40.00 and refused to cut or style her hair lady stated she had " Too much hair " is that not your job and only wash was 20 so where did the extra 20 come from.Sent her out with wet hair she should've said from the beginning I can't work with you then it wouldn't have been a problem WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE I told her she should read reviews before visiting a new place maybe now she's learned her lesson After my wife went back with her they gave the extra money back for that I'm thankful but needless to say nobody from our house will be back

Went in with a reference photo of a long-layered pixie. Carlos says, so a pixie. I say yes. Walked out with a MEN'S tapered cut that will take a year to grow back out. I have never been more upset with a haircut in my life. It's extremely masculine and not cute or feminine at all. I don't understand how you can possibly look at the reference photo I showed and give me this atrocity. Insult to injury, I even tipped him because I hate conflict.
Requested style: Requested a long-layered, old school pixie (with a reference photo of the exact cut)

The owner, Mohammed, is a liar and a thief. He accused me of taking $10 out of the cash register on my very first day of work because the register was short by $10 at the end of the night. Maybe he accused me because I was the only black person there...idk. but I didn't appreciate that. So I found a better salon . Then, once I found a new job, Mohammed, the owner, refused to pay me my last check on time, which was due June 18th, 2024. NOW Mohammed is telling me the pay period is from May 25, 2024, thru June 30 2024. This is not an honest salon owner. If you are a stylist looking for work, please avoid this store and owner!

Drove 30mins to this place and there was no one inside for first 10mins. Then an Asian lady finally showed up and said she doesn’t know how to do a simple haircut that I wanted and told me to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time coming here.
