I went this weekend to do an oil change for one of my cars and to do inspection on both of my vehicles. The service here is great and they are quick. I really appreciated Jacqueline, she is a gem at this location and should be recognized for all of her effort. She was professional and made sure I knew all of the options that were available to me as a customer at the Jiffy Lube. Thank you Jacqueline and the Jiffy Lube staff on site. Keep up the good work!

This jiffy lube in pantego is a joke every time I go to it they don't have something to do the job went in for oil change didn't have oil then another time go in for air filter they didn't have it today wanted transmission fluid changed they said they don't do that they always tell me go to the one in Cooper across from AHS so I'll never go back to the one in pantego the guys up at this one across from ahs if they don't have what they need they go get it and get the job done

They broke my hood opening latch and denied doing it! Also, they didn't connect my battery cable back and my engine was dead when I got home!
