Haven't used this carwash in a while but TRIED using it yesterday morning. Sad to see it no longer takes quarters. So... I swiped my credit card and the timer started but nothing, dead! Charged my credit card of course. Texted number on the door - nothing, no response. Will NOT be using this carwash any longer.

Good car wash but wish they still had racks on the side walls to hang floor mats to clean them too

Several of the car wash bays don't work. You put in quarters and nothing happens. Wasted $2 today.

Be extremely cautious, there are nails, screws, staples, and other metal parts scattered everywhere around the premises. Once I had noticed the first screw whilst washing our brand new truck, I continued to count at least 15 other metal parts littering the ground of the washing bay. The area we later parked at by the vacuums was just as concerning. If I had to guess, I'd say I counted more than 25 nails or screws within those two limited spaces. I threw away as many as I safely could without wearing any gloves. I understand the occasional nail or screw left behind from a work truck, but counting double digits with some looking rusty and like they had been there for some time is a big red flag. Considering this is a place meant for vehicles to frequent, I'd suggest making it vehicle friendly. Costumers won't return if they acquire a flat tire from visiting the establishment. The equipment works well and it's a decent value for a wash, so I'd hate for business to suffer because of a hazardous environment that could be easily remedied and maintained.

Why have a sign for card… $5… I proceed to get $10 taken from my card… how? And why? I need $5 back! I paid for $6 worth of time. $5 card $1 in quarters. Where is my money??Update: Only because it seems fair but they returned my money $5 to be exact. I’m glad that was able to be taken care of. Mid Wash thoe a lot excessive spots appear after drying.

To the owner of Joan's Self Services Car Wash in Pantego, none of the foaming soap brushes work in the bays that are operational! I spent $10 attempting to wash off the mix of dried green pre-wash soap and dirt! That was a total failure!I had to go to a nearby car wash on Eastxhase Parkway and spend another $10 to wash my car.I've been coming to yourself serve car wash location for years and never had any problems. Would have been nice if you could have posted signs about your equipment's failure. By the way, you owe me $10.

Watered down soap barely came out, so when rinsing it still soapy horrible wash will NEVER RETURN WASTE OF $$ CAN U HEAR ME BOOING U RIGHT NOW? BOOOOOOOOOOO

I went to location in Euless paid with my credit card and it kept saying it needed 2$ more so I swiped again and still nothing.

I have lost a few quarters here several times and have dealt with broken equipment a few times. They installed a credit card machine and that’s awesome since I don’t carry cash all the time or change machines don’t always work.
