He walked us through every mattress with so much intention, explaining the science behind the materials, the support levels, and why certain options would work better for our bodies and sleep styles.
What impressed me most was how invested he was in our experience. He went above and beyond to help us get a mattress shipped out of state and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. These two will go out of their way and spend as much time as they have to to make sure you get the best possible deal available for the items that you want. they came in after I had already decided that I was gonna settle on a mattress that I “kinda” liked. in the middle of the process they figured out that I was settling, and did everything they could to find the one I really wanted at a price that I could afford. They did everything they could to get me every aspect of what I really desired, but within my budget Not to mention they’re just really fun to talk to! I truly enjoyed the shopping experience, even though we ran into some snags because of how my legal name is spelled And Internet connectivity issues. In those gaps of time where we were waiting for things to fix, we had a really pleasant conversation about what I do for a living, and they showed genuine interest in what I had to say. They made me feel like I mattered not only as a customer, but a human being. I highly recommend coming in and getting your new mattress from these guys. Definitely pleasant conversationalists and they know how to take care of you.”
