came in to the facility with my man for pedicures while we were already sitting soaking our feet in the water, the technician was going to do my pedicure decided to work on a different customer that arrived after me, and made me wait until she was done with her!!! so disrespectful of my time, they are just after the money. never coming back.

Walked in originally requesting a mani/Pedi. Sat down to start my manicure I asked for a couple of tips she gave me a full set which it did not ask for. I also requested dip she gave me gel and my daughter who I requested just to have her nails cleaned up and paint only she gave her gel to which we did not ask for. I let her complete the whole process of putting my nails on but they were never actually shaped and are pointing and several different directions. The acrylic went all the way under my nail was touching my skin on my fingertips she cleaned it up once I asked her to clean it up again and still it needed to be cleaned up a third time because she didn't get all of the acrylic from underneath my nails it was in what looked like big bumps or drops. My nails came out much more square than oval which is what I requested I was supposed to get a blood red with glitter color they are more pink with red glitter on top. After fully completing my manicure my nails are bumpy and they look as though they're drooping to the side. In an effort not to cause conflict mostly because I was in a giant hurry I didn't say anything I just let it ride. But before tip the bill was $70. $50 for a manicure with no real massage and a terrible technique and then $20 for no nail cleanup no massage no real manicure at all just paint and then charged me for the gel. I can definitely say I will not be returning to them for any service.

Horrible place. NONE of the tools she used were sterilized, I watched the manicurist use the same files she used on me to the next girl. Completely unsanitary considering she made my cuticles bleed. I got a gel French tip and she put chrome (I didn’t ask for it) then tried to charge me extra for it.
The salon itself is dingy yet they charge astronomical prices. A simple mani/pedi should not cost 105 dollars (no tip) even with gel. Service was awful. 0/10 review. Will never come back.

Came in on March 8th for a pedicure and manicure. I ended up changing the manicure to a full set. Pedicure was absolutely wonderful great experience. The full set was a complete nightmare. I allowed the nail tech to complete her work as I didn’t know if she had a specific technique and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. When finished I pointed out numerous issues. 1. A shamrock added to the nails I didn’t ask for 2. The apex was not there only a build at the tip which was incredibly strange 3. The nails were not shaped properly more duck flared than square 4. The nail art was sloppy 5. They nails were extremely bumpy. I asked for them to be removed and she convinced me to come in Monday to have them fixed. Trying to avoid conflict I agreed. She insisted I pay and I did $141. Even tipped - as the pedicure was not bad. I went to the parking lot sat for awhile and couldn’t deal with this til Monday. I talked to the lady who did them and explained I couldn’t wait til Monday I wanted to remove them and refund only for the nails. After a long debate of her trying to convince me to let her fix them or to give me a gift card because she claims she couldn’t refund she finally agrees for the refund - which I did get. I’m inside assuming we’re about to remove them and she has 2 other ladies there waiting to have a service done. She has me sit down in the chair beside her table where she aggressively snaps the tips off of the nails with a nail clipper shoves my hand back and argues with me about she told me to come in Monday and if I want them off I will pay her for her labor and the acetone she buys and her labor at $10. I refused. I didn’t feel I should pay another service for something I initially asked to be removed before paying. She refused to take them off, so now I’m sitting here with chunks of acrylic nails. Would not recommend them for their acrylics. Her conduct alone is concerning. I added photos of what I wanted and the process of how it went to end. Would not recommend.

My friend came here a few weeks ago and recommended this place… their pedicures start at $26 and she told they did a good job on hers so I had the day off and came in today… I have to say Im glad I took that drive. They did a great job!

I got toe nail fungus from a pedicure here. Had to see a doctor to get rid of it.
Also got a wax and the lady did not use gloves. I didn’t notice until she was on the last strip as I don’t like to look when getting a wax. Other than that the place didn’t seem dirty.

HORRIBLE! Place to go and do yours nails the sooner I walked to that place that day the manager and employees there are so rude there are no nice people they don’t even try to speak English there counters they do your mail are so nasty I guess is been centuries they don’t clean that place the woman she was doing my nails that day she mess up my nails and I told her to fix the nail don’t want to I told her I need my money back or fix my nails she said no I said ok,,,,,,,, Be careful if you go to this location because another thing I found out I guess they don’t clean the equipment in the proper way so you may get contaminate!!!! The colors they have looks they have many years in the place !!!!!!’ Be carful!!!!!

I arrived shortly after opening. I was greeted immediately by a woman. I was put in a chair and my water was started. I got a deluxe manicure and pedicure. Lisa did a terrific job on my toes. And the woman that greeted me did my manicure. Both ladies we polite, professional and did a wonderful job. It was a relaxing and indulgent experience.Services: Pedicure
