Wow! You just won't find a better auto mechanic or person in general to diagnose and repair your vehicles than Pat Murphy. I've been using him to repair my commercial fleet and personal vehicles for over 30 years. His honesty and character are impeccable. I own and operate three businesses in the Metroplex, and run on average 22 vehicles per year. I have never found anybody better than Pat, and trust me I've tried. He's the best!

Pat would not work on my older classic Chevy. Due to downsizing and limited resources, they focus on Toyotas and Hondas, as was explained to me. However, he was under pressure with another call on the line. And a customer having just walked in. He was kind enough to refer me to TCM Automotive, who gladly could take my vehicle. Honesty, integrity, and consideration like that deserve to be praised. Hence, this review.

I cannot recommend Pat enough. I tell everyone in Arlington about him! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars I was always hesitant when taking my car in even for simple oil changes because I felt I wasn't told the whole truth about my vehicle. Pat is honest, kind, and reliable. He educates me about my car and takes him time explaining everything. If you need a mechanic Pat is your man!

I called the shop and talked to them about suspension issues today. Turns out they don't do suspension work but they gave me some really honest and good advice in moving forward with my vehicle. Plus they recommended me a good shop! I greatly appreciate the wealth of experience and blunt honesty, it's hard to come by from shops these days.

Comes highly recommended. Does not work on my particular problem but told me what the issue probably was and referred me to another great shop that fixed my problem in under a day. Pat is very nice and knowledgeable.

Pat always breaks everything down into layman's terms. He treats you like you're a family member. He will call before doing work to make sure everyone is on the same page. I trust Pat with my vehicles above anyone else.

First let's talk about Pat Murphy himself. Everytime I called he was there to answer the phone in one of the most polite manners I have ever experienced. I went in for some maintenance on my CX-5, and he broke everything down for me. He even did a breakdown of costs prior to the service itself. They are thorough and detailed in their inspections and in a market where commission hours are keen, Pat went out of his way to let me know what needed to be done and what could be waited on. I completely respect this man and his business. They do amazing work and it's very hard to find a mechanic that could be considered trustworthy these days. He has become my family mechanic and I will suggest to everyone I know to go to him for their automotive repairs.Services: Engine repair

Love, love Pat Murphy. He is truly an expert and I totally trust him with my cars, for 7 years now. He is honest and fair. He even looked at two cars for me (no charge!) when I needed to buy a used car, and he saved me money and headaches!
