My car (2010 Ford Taurus SHO) was rear ended back in 2017, so we took it to Chuck (Owner of Premier Collision) in Lewisville to have it fixed. A few months goes by and we are told it is almost done, another few months go by and we haven't heard anything from Chuck so I go to the place I dropped it off at in Lewisville to check on the car in person and he and his business are no longer located in Lewisville...he moved everything to Pantego and didn't tell us. Finally get a hold of Chuck and he says once again it is almost done...this goes on for a year before I finally drive an hour away to the new location in Pantego TX to see the progress for myself and I find my car parked in the back, with the drivers side rear window partially down (looks like it was left that way for about a year - see attached picture) rear quarter is primer grey, no rear bumper and new damage on passenger side that wasn't there before. No Chuck or anyone at the location so I leave and call once again (left voicemail) he finally calls me back and once again apologizes and says he in working on it. Another year (2020) of excuses and it still hasn't been touched, then Covid came so all of 2021/2022 was more of the same excuses..last I heard from him was in May (only contacted me after I posted this review on Google) when he once again told me that it was almost done. It is now October 13 2023 and he still has not finished.

Though I rarely write reviews, I wanted to share my positive experience that I recently had with Chuck Johnson, owner of Premier Collision. I brought my 2008 Corvette(which is like my third child) to him as my neighbor had accidentally backed into my car and put two large cracks into my rear bumper. Though I was really nervous about having my car fixed properly, I brought my car over to his shop for him to inspect it and he assured me that he could make it look like it never happened. He took some photos and told me to contact him when I get the green light from the insurance company. A few days later I dropped the car off and my bumper(which is literally the entire rear end of my car), was already delivered from a local Chevy dealer. Chuck was even kind enough to drop me off at the rental shop down the road. He stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process and went up and beyond getting everything approved with the insurance adjustor. His shop flawlessly painted the new bumper and repainted all the necessary sections of the vehicle including an aftermarket rear spoiler and custom license plate frame. He replaced all the badges, custom Corvette lettering and even my rear tail light bulbs that were about ready to fail. I can't express enough thanks to Chuck and his shop for his kindness, patience and professionalism throughout this process. Although, this car is not my daily driver, this car is very special to me. Chuck came through and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to send my friends or family his way; and for people who know me, that speaks volumes about Chuck and his business.Services: Painting

Chuck has been amazing each and every time I have come to him to repair my car. He takes the time to do it right and goes the extra mile when he didn't have to. I would absolutely recommend that anyone and everyone take their car here. I have always been more than extremely pleased with their work. Very professional and personable as well!

Excellent service and definitely recommend this place if you have hail damage! I brought in my Jeep that had hail damage and had been putting it off for awhile dreading the task. I was blown away by the service Chuck provided and the amazing job he did. You would never know I ever had hail damage! 5 stars!
