I find Miss Deneen to be thoughtful and observant employee, checking the storage units and making sure everything is secure, she noticed I had changed my lock, paying attention to details, watching over property. Nice to know she is on-site

I have been with this location for over a year and always receive great customer service and support from the manager. This week I needed her assistance more than once and she was available and helpful both times. It definitely made it much easier for me versus calling corporate customer support.
