Never leave bad reviews but I had a very bad experience here and felt like I was being manipulated into 3.5k in repairs. I decided to take my car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and 2 other shops I've been to since could not find the issues they diagnosed me with here. It was such a struggle picking my car up from them. I was willing to pay their diagnostic fee no questions asked, but feel like I had to argue with them just to return my car to me afterwards without getting their expensive repairs, instead of respecting my wishes.

I have an older car and have gone to many repair shops and I've never experienced such top tier innovative service. From the initial call until I picked my car up the transparent and CLEAR communication put me at ease. They prioritized what needed to be done based on my finances. Hands down I give them a 10 out of 10

Generally, a good experience. They took my car on-time and called me when it was ready. The price I paid was exactly the price that I agreed to on the phone. This was a 30,000 mile service and they did all the required tests and procedures. Brake work was suggested in about 5,000 more miles. I am planning to return to this location for my on-going car service needs. I'm glad I made an appointment because another person in the facility had not made an appointment and it took 2 hours for him to receive an oil change.

Brought my Dodge Charger in for repairs after struggling with dodge service centers to get my repairs done. Dodge Service centers estimated 3 months to get repairs done. From the second I walked into Stress-Free Auto Care (which I found based on reviews), I was treated as a priority. They took my warranty information, did their inspection of the vehicle, showed me pictures to back up their findings of repairs needed, contacted my warranty and began their repairs. Communication was golden, and repairs were done within 3 days ( Really in 2 days, but they wanted to keep the vehicle overnight to double check all work performed and that the vehicle was running smoothly). Thank you all at Stress-Free Auto Care. I can't stop speaking highly of you all to everyone I know.

Went in for brake pad and rotor replacement. They kept me up to date via text during each phase of the process. They actually came in under the proposed budget and never pressured me on other items from their inspection. Will definitely come back

Stress-Free Auto is not stress free. At first when I made the appointment and got there I thought my car would be okay. Mike the service advisor seemed knowledgeable and personable. Other than that, nope not going back. First, they are not open on Saturdays. Most car places are because that is when most working folks can drop off their car. Especially when you end up keeping my car the whole day. I dropped it off at 8:55 am and did not get it back until 5:15 pm on Monday Feb. 17th. No updates or anything in between. The other issue is there is no way to get a loaner car or they are not connected with rental company to get a car. It is cool to be able to drop someone off where they need to go but if you have kids to pick-up or need to run an errands then you are screwed. The other issue is that when I got my car back I asked Mike if they put coolant back in my car after the stress test. I know I have a leak which is the reason why I came but it was not running everywhere, it was a slow leak. The coolant reservoir never was empty just slightly low from time to time. Manageable until I can get it fixed but just adding coolant every once in while but my car never ran hot at all. Crazy enough. My car has a little over 75,000 on it but is 13 years old. With that said, I didn't drive much but after that day I picked up my car but I smelled burning or heat smell by that Wednesday. I popped my hood and there is only about 3 inches of coolant in the reservoir. I had not driven it much at all for to have leaked that much. My kids' school is only 1.5 miles away. I work from home and have done so for the last 15 years, hence the low mileage on my car. The other thing I notice is when my car is idling, it is shaking now. It was not shaking when I gave it to them. The other thing is that my A/C unit/vent is now making some noises that it was not making at first. There were no engine lights, no shakes or no noises coming from my car when I brought it in. I was concerned about the random leaks. I never saw any pictures of what they found on my car or video like they advertise, just got a written report. Also my car was left unlocked when I picked it up. My husband went and opened the car right now while Mike went to find my keys. Now I am really stressed because now I have to find the time to take my car all the way over to Audi who will give me a loaner car and is opened on Saturdays. I tried this place because it was close to my house and advertised that they are cheaper but no. The only other positive was I was able to use the discount coupon that they mailed to get a discount on the service estimate. Thanks Stress- Free Auto because now I have STRESS and anxiety about letting anyone else look at my car.

I have come to this location multiple times, and each visit has always been great. They are always quick and efficient! For this last visit, I was helped by Lawrence. He was very nice and helpful. I will definitely continue to keep coming back.

Vehicle was scheduled to be seen on a Saturday wasn't looked at till Thursday. Was told they couldn't replicate the issue 🙄 but had they inspected my vehicle when I dropped it off instead of a 6 days later it would have had the engine light and the issues I stated 😒. Still had to pay 189.00 for them to tell me we could find shit and we wasted your time.
