“I recently stopped by the Aldi on Park Row in Arlington, and I was pleasantly surprised. I usually shop at a different location, but they were out of a few items, so I decided to try this one—and I’m so glad I did. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The customer service was great, and Kelicia, the manager, was especially awesome—professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in how the store is run. This location definitely left a great impression on me, and I’ll be shopping here more often.”

“I occasionally order grocery delivery for my elderly mother. Never had a problem until yesterday. It's a long story, and the driver was from Door Dash, not Albertsons. When I called the store, I was connected with Dominique in the Drive Up & Go department. She could not have been sweeter or more apologetic. She immediately banned the driver from ever being able to do deliveries from this store, and pulled a new order for my mom to be delivered by Uber Eats. She even called me back later, when the driver inexplicably brought my mom's original order back to the store, because 'he was hot'. She then reported him to Door Dash, and once again expressed her apologies. She was so very sweet and accommodating. We need more people like Dominique in customer service and in this world!”
