Awesome gym, has a locally owned feel I much prefer compared to the big corporate gyms. Great selection of machines as well as all the free weights you can need. All the staff i've interacted with have been super nice and helpful.

Was looking for gym that wouldn’t break the bank for a day pass ($15) and also had a trap bar which was surprising hard to find. This gym had the friendliest and most knowledgeable front desk staff and it felt like a community even to someone who’s from out of town. I’ll be back to this gym whenever I’m in town.

Best Zumba class ever!!! Highly recommend. Small gym, but it has everything you need.Great staff... feels like a family.
