been a regular customer for over 10 years. same juice, same taste. everytime. good prices. great employees. especially the tall, black guy who is almost always there and greets with a great attitude every time. order online and they have it ready fast. closed Sunday and Monday and that is ok. would like I'd they brought butterscotch or butterrum back so I didn't have to go to a place where I don't know what is in the juice. I mix it with cinnamon I get from vixen. aside from butterscotch, I wouldn't go anywhere else. by far my favorite place.

They do not know their products they can’t answer any questions about anything that they sell. After being in there, I can’t understand how this place is even stayed in business. It’s terrible.

Transitioning from cigs to vapes? Need help with choosing the best system for you? VIXEN VAPORS. Best ever. Been going to Vixen since 2011. Employees are extraordinary, knowledgeable, and helpful. I won't go anywhere else for my vape equipment! TJ and everyone else consistently treat my husband and I with respect, and I'm both confused and suspicious of the ppl saying otherwise.

This place has incredibly rude service to say the very least from the main guy that works there. I'm not sure his name, but, he is tall, black, fake leather jacket, skinny jeans and has cornrows. Can't miss him. I've been in there several times thinking that it may just be me and I should give them another chance, and, yet again, he was extremely rude and very condescending. Upon reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who thinks that of his service . On top of that, the place is very expensive for their "off-brand" merchandise and have a limited selection of anything at all. A Major waste of my time and my money. I will never walk back in the place. I will go without first.

The 3 stars is for the product I purchased only. My last 2 experiences at this shop have been underwhelming. A white girl with short hair acted bothered when I bought my mod and a black guy was swearing when I bought my coils. If you guys don’t like your job maybe you should look elsewhere.

Merchant does not deliver. This was not made clear to me when I placed my order online. It asks you to put in your shipping address and everything. It is expected that you pick up your order in Texas only. I cancelled my order immediately, and he still charged me a 10 percent, restocking fee, for absolutely no effort. Be sure to read carefully before placing an order, because I did not notice that it was not able to be delivered until after I placed my order and paid. I was very disappointed in the fact that this merchant, would not credit me the full amount back, as I said, I cancelled my order immediately, before they picked or made any effort to fill my order, so I am not certain why a restocking fee should have been applicable in my case. Beware!!!
