Ugh. Not even worth an explanation.

This was the most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with in a supposedly customer service area in my life (well, except for Social Security.) I was told to be on a text as well as being in a smart phone. It was a 21 digit tracking number and I tried copying it the first time. That didn’t work. I flipped back and forth between screens to fill in the second time, and it timed out. The autoanswer then offered and agent to help, but I had to give that tracking number before I could get to an agent. This is what our taxes pay for? Yet I’m stuck without my package because I can’t get a number entered tambor can i give it by voice! How can we deal with a lack of service such as this! Representative and Senators will read about this, as will Twitterverse.

I have lived in the Paradise area since 1981. I will avoid buying anything that will be delivered via USPS because I will never receive it as they will reject the package and return to sender rather than deliver it. This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They get nasty with you if you go to the post office before you can tell them why you're there. If you can get packages any other way, go that route. Even if shipping costs twice as much. It's worth the extra cost to not have to deal with this post office.

If you can receive packages ANY OTHER WAY do so. I have never had such bad service with USPS, it’s truly unfortunate that mail must travel through them. They never know what’s going on, don’t communicate with customers, or each other, and loose things. Under new management perhaps, or new courier? There is an lovely blond lady that’s been there for years, she’s helpful if you’re lucky enough to get her. Never had these issues before. What I can tell you is, all you will get is shrugged shoulders and blank stare… the “duh… I don’t know” way of handling problems, and laziest way out of anything. You will call delivery services and trace it all the way back to this post office and they will act like they have no idea. Must be nice to have zero consequences for poor work performance. Funny, never had these issues before…. Drastic changes need to be made!

How is it UPS, FedEx, Amazon, DHL and any other delivery service can find the address where I'm at and the post office can't? Anyone know?

Leaving packages ontop of mailboxes by the street, with people stealing like they do its a bad odea to be doing that and we have comppained about it. One package left on the mailbox was a firearm. Imagine how bad it would be if that got stolen?

I have never had so many lost packages in my adult life and I am 54 we’ve only been associated with the paradise post office for five years now yeah that’s it.And apparently our route is the “ whenever we get around to it route“, Beyond irritating I love consistent delivery hours. It’s just ridiculous. Somebody up higher needs to take notice and solve this problem.

Package left out in ACTIVE pouring rain & ruined items. Have watched boxes being tossed on ground by mailbox. CS at the actual PO is terrible, very rude.

If I could put negative stars on here I would. Dealing with the post office in paradise tx is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My paychecks come in the mail and sometimes it takes 2 weeks to get them. They are only traveling about 60 miles. Sometimes when I get my bills they are already past due. To allllll the people who work there, maybe try your hand at another job because delivering the mail clearly isn't your cup of tea.

The lady named Janet is the most rudest lady I have ever encountered with customer service.

Inconvenient....I ordered a small radiator y for my truck....I have been 4 days without. It easily fits in my mail box but nooo instead I have to wait till my wife can go get it. I have several safe places to leave small packages. Its a 1 pound part for goodness sake. I noticed the new slips don't have a too lazy check box as to why you can't deliver....
