I was shopping in the store recently and was needing assistance locating an item. I walked over to an employee and asked about an item, instead answering the employee ignored me and placed ear piece into her ear. No other employee was on the floor, I re-asked my question. However, she rudely responded.
Oh, and I especially enjoy the male cashier that opens a line without turning on the light and then picks what customer he wants to wait on. Classic.

It’s the only place I’ll buy groceries. Except for Kroger. And sometimes WalMart. But other than the occasional trip to Brookshires, this is my place.

Love Aldi, but the Paris store is missing two things: grocery pickup and employees. We have to drive over an hour each way to shop, so we typically have a basket full. It always feels like a huge inconvenience to check out because there may only be one cashier and a huge line.

Always a clean store and neatly stocked, I wouldn't recommend using the brown paper bags they will bust all over the parkinglot, best store for good pricing

Aldi has either over charged me for an item or charged me double when getting 1 item. This has happened Multiple times. I tell myself to pay attention to what they are ringing up. Sometime I do & sometimes I forget:(. One time when I went back for a refund, a lady of color who, I am assumming is the supervisor, tells me she is stocking. When i tell her that i will wait she says it will be at least 20 mins. I just left. Another time I caught it while I was sacking my groceries. I had gotten some grapes that were on sale & was charged for the ones that were not on sale. I recently got 1 Graham cracker pie crust & charged for 2 . When my huband went back to get a few items I gave him the receipt & told him to just get the pie crust since i had already paid for it. Checker told him she could not do it because they did not have a superviser to approve it! There have other incidences, i just dont remember the details. I tell myself I need to let it go but I can't. I go because I Think I can save me some $. But when I have been CHEATED MULTIPLE times, it's discouraging. I know they don't care if I go & shop with them I am just one customer. Patricia Vera
