Make your service more reliable, and maybe I'll bump up this rating. I cannot access the internet with cellular data, I can only make calls, I am on a UNLIMITED talk and text plan (I am on a business account) with enough data that I shouldn't have problems.

Tajunique was very helped to my husband and I this afternoon. She helped us with all questions we had. Highly recommend working with her when you go into the store. She even stayed after hours to finish taking care of us and make sure we got everything fixed.
