First time in years I went into an AT&T store and came out satisfied. I have had an ongoing issue with my account for the last 7 months. After calling which was no I help. We went to the att store, in Paris Texes, 5 times counting this visit.This time was I went a different reason, but decided to bring it up again. The young man (name unknown but has is a young man,with curly brown hair), fixed my issue in a matter of seconds. The reason I went was also taken care of promptly and professionaly. He knew what he was doing and obviously takes pride in what he does for a living.Customer service second to none!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!Jacqueline Nichols

Went to store around 12:30, waited about 15 minutes and decided to come back later. Back around 2 and still busy, wraith 15-20 minutes.More importantly, there needs to be a numbered systems so you're not having to determine who's next!Walk in, take a number, have it linked to a wall monitor that shows the staff who is next.If AT&T really cared about customer service, this system should be installed in every store.

I have been to this store several times. Each time Tyler Gifford has assisted me. Tyler is very professional and helpful. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back and request Tyler. Thank you Tyler for your excellent customer service!

Rep was Not knowledgeable. We were told wrong information and because of this, the trade in price was not correct. I feel like we were swindled out of our hard earned money.

After a bad experience in the Paris location we went to the Bonham location. Ashley was amazing and so helpful. She greeted every customer that walked in. Thank you Ashley for everything!

Our experience actually deserves a zero star but that's not an option. We were told we would get a good deal when we had 4 lines on one account so thats what we did. We confirmed with the representatives 4 times that we would get the deal that was $160 for 4 lines. Let's just say it was a slap in the face when they sent the first bill! We were lied to and don't appreciate it!
