UPS staff knocked the mission out of the ball field. The agent was patient and assisting with a return label for a smartphone. They are always nice, friendly and willing to help. People ship a lot of computer parts and are served in minutes. Great people and service, when busy. The local store in Frisco is always nice. Merry Christmas

I have mixed feelings about this place. Sometimes its convenient, but when you have returns that are free shipping labels with a QR code, forget it.
I was advised I need to drive to Sherman.
