“I would give this business a 4 star but I'm gonna go ahead and give them a 5 star instead due to all of the gentlemen providing excellent customer service during times of my frustration when I hit a deer back in November 13, 2023 on my way to work and was fairly new to what was going on because that was the first time I've ever experienced that situation but Lone Star Collision definitely saved the day by replacing and repairing my 2021 Nissan Altima driver side and I thank them for that and will continue being a customer if I need their services in the future. The reason I was originally intended to give a 4-star was because I was misinformed about the out of pocket expense of $500 from my insurance company (my agent also referred me to Lone Star Collision) so the gentleman at the front desk was helpful enough to explain the situation and gave me a thorough breakdown which became clear but the lady who is currently the receptionist (I assume she is) was rude and interrupted when the gentlemen was already clearly trying to de-escalate the confusion for me and behaviors like that can ruin this company's reputation especially for first timers who is coming to get their vehicle serviced and are confused about how insurance operates so hopefully no one has to experience that the way I did.”

“These guys are awesome. I got quoted by a couple of the competing auto shops nearby (won't call them out but they're some of the better known ones in Paris) who tried to quote me 1.5+ hrs of labor to do a lightbulb change plus parts (another $150+). I instead went to nearby Car Quest got the bulb for $100 myself and Mike's shop switched it out in a matter of 5 minutes at no cost. Will definitely come back when a bigger need arises.”

“It's the early days of the coronapocalypse and I've got to get to work but I've got a dead battery. Because of course my car dies during the coronapocalypse. A neighbor jumped started me and I called Napa. Jamie answered and told me to come to them so he could find me the right battery (my car model came with a wide variety depending on the mood of the assembly line, apparently). When I got there, they found me the proper battery and ACTUALLY CHANGED MY CAR BATTERY. I'm forever grateful to these guys for their service and will definitely be back to Napa next time I need to buy car stuff. Thank you, gentlemen, for getting me back on the road!”

“I am from Houston and was visiting some family nearby. On my way, my engine light came on so I took it right away to the nearest O’reilly. There I met Mike, he was very friendly and helpful!!! I had a misfire on the 3rd cylinder. I put a new coil and changed all 4 spark plugs. That did not fix the issue, the computer showed an issue with the first cylinder. Mike stood there and analyzed the situation and he suggest to put new coil, I did that but that did not fix the issue either. Finally, he suggested replacing the new spark plug I installed with another one, and that fixed the issue!!! Thanks Mike!!! Amazing guy”
